FavSocial is a free responsive Joomla! module let's you choose any icon from Font Awesome and assign a color, a background color and a link to your social media accounts.

FavSocial Tutorial

Once the module is installed using the EXTENSION MANAGER, it needs to be customized using the MODULE tab. This module is a CSS only module and does not require any script to function.

3. Stacked Icons

The module let's you stack a second icon on top of the first icon using the Font Awesome stacked icons option. Use the ICON STACK field to insert the name of the icon you want to put on top of the first icon. This can be useful when using the first icon as a background such as fa-square. For example the first icon can be fa-square and the second icon which is going to be stacked can be fa-flag.

You can also customize the color and font size of this second stacked icon.

 

4. Icon Colors

To find the correct color hex code for your icons, you can use resources such as Brand Colors.

 

FavSocial is a responsive Joomla! module. This means that it has no fixed width and the maximum width of the module is the width of the module position containing the module and the icons.
